The #ENDSARS Campaign is still ongoing and has taken it's good and bad turns and twists through the protests it has sparked over the last few days, its unlike anything Nigerians have seen before!.

The campaign was issued due to occurrances of police harassment, brutality and incessant murders of many young innocent male Nigerians.

The #EndSARSinNigeria campaign blew the minds of many Nigerians and bit a lot of expectations as the movement has not only attracted regular Nigerians but has managed to draw the attentions of many celebrities, social influencers and activists all coming together as one to protest #SARSMustEnd in Nigeria.

Many have organized physical protests in states like Lagos, Abuja, Imo, Rivers and many more with some other protest taken abroad to London. So social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook have been greatly utilized for online protests.

A lot of Nigerians are acting up on Twitter after Davido clearly denied participating in the protest held in Abuja.

Davido had been in an interview in the office of the Nigeria Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu recieving questioning as to why he participated in the #ENDSARS movement in Abuja were Davido said in his own word 'He went to calm his people down because they are his fans' sparking up criticism by protesters and fans on the other end accusing him of betrayal.

However, some people supported the singer saying he only applied 'commendable wisdom' and those were the words used by popular writer, Reno. Another person backing him up was popular preacher and Man of God, Apst. Suleman on Twitter, commending Davido's courage and wisdom addressing the whole situation.

Never the less, Davido appears to be in high secrets looking to end police brutality in the country, lending he voice, speaking #ENDSARSNow.

A lot of protests again been done against killings and police brutality in Surulere.

So far celebs like Fireboy_DML, Tems and many are tweeting aggressively. And in a tweet singer, @Temsbaby shared that police were ordered to react to protesters in any way, according to her she was informed by a policeman, She advised them to stick together and be safe.

As we can see the whole issue with SARS and police brutality is far from over but the courage and commitments of Nigerians exhibited towards this movement is truely admirable, it shows care for one another, oneless which fuels their urges and bravery to make their voice and to resist oppression together.

This proves we matter to each other, and need each other to grow and achieve our objectives. As we've made it this far together.

Quick motivation:

The struggle to end police brutality in Nigeria is still on hyper mode. And the people of this country demand nothing more and nothing less than the end of killings and oppression by these appointed forces who were meant to be our friends and protectors but they are now some group of armed men kicking the souls of innocent men out of this world like they gave them life.

The people are unarmed, innocent, searching for peace but instead are shoot at, arrested and killed for no dam reason. I don't know if you feel their pain, that pain of losing a brother, son and fear of been next! Even a layman understands the injustices occurring.

Because you aren't a victim or aren't connected with victims doesn't mean you should support injustice, try to feel the misfortune and pain of others, do what you can to help and support them to make their lives better.

In my book, the death of one of us should have ended it all but now they are just so many!!.

News just in, and it's may sound bad to the ears of residents of Rivers state.

Rivers state is one of the states that have reported many harassments and killings of youth by police operatives and some protests have been held to #EndPoliceBrutality.

Well Nsmnews reports that the Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike has announced that his government has prohibited any form of protest in the state and in his disclosure the Governor said all violators will be punished.

What does this mean for the residents of Rivers?

Well it means you are most like to face charges or get arrested and equally punished for staging any form of protest that supports ending or/and the reformation of police any where in the state. So please you best stay away from problems or respect this new law to be stay safe.

Do not feel down, this is why we have social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.) where many online protests and campaigns happenning day to day to #EndSARSinNigeria, lend your voice.

Some celebs from other countries that have reacted to police actions in Nigeria are: Anthony Joshua, Mesut Ozil, Chance the rapper, Big Sean, Tray songs among many others. America based Canadian Rapper, Drake was among the other celebs that lended their voices to the #EndSARSinNigeria campaign.

So far so good! the #ENDSARS movement is gathering a lot of support and donations globally. It's obviously a step to the right direction and many Nigerians are happy about the progress of this campaign.

A lot of people are still looking forward to protest in Rivers state and most feel Nyesom Wike is infringing on their human right when he made the law to ban any form of protest in Rivers state related to ending or reformation of police.

But surprisingly people are still holding protest despite the Governor new order.

Let's see where it and how it goes!

Nsmnews reports, Police brutality that many people consider shocking, disrespectful to the core, and what shows they is no limit or form of harassment the Nigerian police can't display.

Nsmnews discovered that a police officer slapped a 70 years old woman said to be the mother of Nigerian singer, Oxlade's manager, Demoja Ojabodu. The incident reportedly went down at the station were her son was kept in Lagos.

oxlade and demola protesting

Son of innocent granny, Demola also had his share of police brutality hours before the incident, as he was tortured and beaten up with sticks by officers.

In summary, the Lagos protest was crazy! Demola was beatened up and arrested for protesting peacefully, Police shoot at people, one them allegedly died and many are injured.

The people of Rivers state matched to the Government house in a quest to meet their Governor, Nyesom Wike after his new law that ban protests concerning the #endsars campaign.

And honourably, the Governor showed respect to his people's wish by coming out to calm them down despite their disregard for his order. The protest was handled in a peaceful manner as protesters were brief by the Governor.
