The recording of the Kentucky grand jury proceedings regarding the case of Breonna Taylor is set to be released to the public on Wednesday. The decision comes after an anonymous juror filed a legal complaint stating that the grand jury's findings had been misrepresented by the Kentucky attorney general and that they had not been offered "the option of indicting the two officers who fatally shot the young woman."
