Muslim woman faints on the road while fasting
A Muslim woman slumped and fell in the middle of the road after her energy gave her off. She was fully clothed in the Muslimah niqab as good samaritans ran to revive her. They started pouring cold water on her head and washed down her face with water. They offered her a malt but she refused to accept it, claiming that she was fasting and wouldn't break her fast.
This surprised the on-lookers as they pondered on her doggedness and dedication to keep fasting even though she had earlier fainted. But in the Islamic religion, God doesn't permit a sick person to fast because health is paramount. Many in the comment section also scolded the woman for insisting on fasting despite her condition because she didn't prioritize her health.
