The Nigerian stock market's a bit weakened as investors were denied profit recording a loss of over N 46 billion hence, influencing the current bearish status of the Dangote Cement and Nigerian Breweries stocks among other stocks.

Market capitalization was hit badly as NSE investor recorded loss of N 46 billion as against a previous loss of N 143.75 billion recorded, with NSE market cap presently telling N 14.920 trillion at the moment from N 14.966 trillion.

The All Share Index fell by -0.31% telling 28,546 basis points presently. Its Year-to-date returns rests at 6.37%.

An overall volume of 569.3 million units of shares worth N 4.91 billion were traded in over 6,101 deals. Market breadth indicated drop to close bearish as UNILEVER topped 25 gainers as against 16 losers headed by Nigerian Breweries.
