Popular media personality and political critic, Reno Omokri has advised Nigerians to start farming because no country will save Nigerians from its economic hardship as major economies of the world face recession.
In a recent tweet, Reno Omokri said it is quite surprising that Nigerians who complain about the exorbitant food prices are the same people who stay idle when it's time for action. He stated that an average Nigerian laments about the cost of a bag of rice and goes ahead to bear children they cannot feed.
Omokri said the food crisis is an opportunity for Nigerians to go into farming or start a business. He mentioned that the top countries in the world such as UK and Japan and others are in recession. Therefore, we should choose Nigerian-made products over foreign goods or we will bear the brunt.
