I don't know what interesting did you find here. An ordinary list. And talking about what to start from - try to create a good business plan. That's obvious. Start from timesheets and schedules for your future employees, for example. I did so. I used this https://tracktime24.com/Free-Timesheet-Template-Excel template. Also, I've made the calculation of the budget before starting my own business and it helped too. Right now I have my own restaurant and it works perfectly.
