A 33-year old man named Danladi Ibrahim has been arrested in Ningi Local Government of Bauchi State for allegedly raping a 10-year old girl.
It was reported that Ibrahim added a drug to the lemon drink which he gave the victim to drink, after which she became unconscious for him to carry out this abominable act.
The victim sustained injuries and bled in her private parts. She was rushed to Ningi General Hospital in Bauchi but was later referred to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) in Jigawa State for immediate medical attention.
The Bauchi State Police Command confirmed that Ibrahim has been arrested and he is now in police custody.
