Popular Nollywood actor Odunlade Adekola's movie Orisa premiered yesterday at Filmhouse Circle Mall, Jakande, Lagos and his fellow actors and actresses graced the occasion in grand style, showcasing the beauty and richness of the Yoruba tradition and culture.

Various actors came out in their best traditional attire yesterday dazzling in colors distinct from one another. The theme was Aso Oke Glam and the actors didn't disappoint. It was a mix of culture and showbiz.

Iyabo Ojo came out looking lovely in a red coloured pattern aso-oke outfit. Her gele was neatly wrapped around her head with her local beads spread across her neck, and holding a horsetail on the other hand.


Popular actor Lateef Adedimeji and wife, Bimpe Oyebade were in their full regalia. Lateef Adedimeji and his wife were both seen putting on green. He was wearing an agbada, a cap and a silver shoe to match. His wife on the other hand, was wearing a dress, a headgear to match with a veil to complement the look.


Mercy Aigbe and her husband Kazim Adeoti also stepped out for the premiere. The lovebirds were holding hands as they walked down the hall for the event. She posted a video on her page with the caption, "Alhaji and Alhaja Adeoti."


Popular content creator and host Kie Kie also stepped out in style. Her long draping beaded neckpiece stood out in her bright Aso-oke outfit.


Other actors such as Femi Adebayo, Eniola Ajao, and others were at the event yesterday.


The movie Orisa featuring Nollywood actors such as Dele Odule, Iya Rainbow, Femi Adebayo, Shaffy Bello and others, is set to be in cinemas across Nigeria from 21st July 2023.
