AIICO Insurance has reported strong financial momentum in FY 2025. Gross written premiums climbed to about ₦191.8 billion, while total insurance revenue jumped roughly 26–27% YoY to ~₦137 billion. Pretax profit advanced to around ₦19.8 billion–₦22.7 billion, reflecting expanding insurance activity and improved investment income year‑on‑year. Total assets also grew significantly, showing balance sheet expansion as the business captures more market share.

With AIICO’s revenue and profit growing strongly, do you think its efficiency and underwriting margins are improving enough to sustain long‑term investor value, or is the current growth mainly driven by premium volume and investment income?
