Popular Nigerian comedian, AY Makun's house was recently engulfed by fire in Lagos state. This incident occurred on Sunday at the Lagos home of the Comedian.
AY Makun's full name is Ayodeji Makun but he is known as AY.
From the pictures which were shared online, the roof of the storey building and some part of the house was on fire.
He has taken to his Instagram to react to the fire incident.
He expressed his appreciation to God and revealed that Family and God is what is important. He said everything comes and goes.
He shared a video of his family who is out of the country and wrote that he can't wait to join them in the US in a few days' time.
Many friends, fans and colleagues have taken to his social media to sympathize with him and pray for him after the incident occured.
He also shared another photo of himself this morning saying that "the only impossible journey is the one you never begin" and captioned it as #we move.
Many are encouraged by his spirit even after such an incident.
