Bandits Attack Zamfara Community, kill 7 soldiers.
Some bandits have attacked a community in zamfara state recently. They launched an attack and killed 7 soldiers.
The bandits had ambushed them and killed them. The community they attacked is the Kangon Garacce community. This is in the Dangulbi district of the Maru Local Government Area.
This incident took place on Monday afternoon. Other than the soldiers they killed they also killed man residents of the community.
It was a resident of the community who revaked that the soldiers had been responding to a distress call when they entered into the ambush the bandits had set and were killed. He revoked this on Tuesday to newsmen.
He said these bandits had split into groups and some had gone into the community to attack the residents while the others stayed at the outskirts of the community to keep soldiers from coming to their aid and killed 7 of these soldiers.
They killed nothing less than 20 residents f this community during the attack.
The Nigerian Army in Zamfara State gave not yet said anything relating this situation or attack.
It was a source from the security who confirmed that 7 troops were killed.
