Bauchi Motor crash claims 4 lives

Four people lost their lives in a motor crash in Bauchi State just recently. It was said to have been a lone crash and it took place at Km15 which is near Bagel Bridge along Bauchi-Dass Road in Dass Local Government Area.
Mr Yusuf Abdullahi who is the sector commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) spoke on this incident.
He said it was a green commercial Ford Galaxy vehicle that was involved in the lone accident.
He said there were 9 passengers involved in the accident, 8 were male and 1 female.
5 people out of these 9 sustained serious injuries. There were 4 males and the only female who was injured.
4 people, all males, died on the spot of the accident.
He also mentioned that this accident was caused by a tyre burst and loss of control of the vehicle. He mentioned the FRSC officers arrived at the scene about 15 minutes after the crash to clear the site.
He also mentioned that they have transferred the injured victims and the corpses of the deceased to the hospital.
He also adduced the public to pay attention to traffic rules and regulations.
