Popular reality TV star Koko by Khloe has revealed she underwent boobs reduction surgery after her BBL surgery in 2020.
During a recent interview, Khloe revealed that she had to undergo boobs reduction surgery because she was gaining weight which extended to her upper region after her BBL. She said she prefers smaller boobs to bigger boobs because that is her perfect beauty standard.
Khloe expressed that she prefers to have smaller boobs, a tiny waist and big buttocks. She revealed that her next body enhancement procedure would be breast implants. When it comes to body enhancement, Khloe said she doesn't want to act hastily. Instead, she prefers taking it one step at a time.
She also advised women not to succumb to peer or societal pressure when it comes to body enhancement and only do it when they feel comfortable or up to the task.
