Popular music producer Olumide Ogunade popularly known as ID Cabasa has stated that Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy is one of the greatest things to ever happen to the Nigerian entertainment industry.
In an interview with Echo Room, ID Cabasa spoke about how fans almost pitched him against Burna Boy after the singer said he doesn't consider him an industry expert. ID Cabasa said he wouldn't fault Burna Boy because he is entitled to his opinions.
ID Cabasa showered praises on Burna Boy, saying he is one of the greatest things to ever happen to the Nigerian music industry. He expressed that Burna Boy is an inspiration to many, both young and old. ID Cabasa addressed those who often complain that Burna Boy samples other artists' songs. He said nobody's work is 100% original and people need to celebrate Burna Boy and other Nigerian artists for promoting African music.
