Cadiz have reached a full agreement to sign Santos midfielder Lucas Pires on a loan deal.

The Spanish club has been actively exploring the foreign market to find a replacement following the departure of ‘Pacha’ Espino.

In recent years, Espino decided to leave the club and join Nuevo Mirandilla as a left winger. As a result, the Andalusian side have been actively seeking to strengthen their squad by acquiring a new starting full-back.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Cadiz have successfully acquired the 22-year-old Brazilian star, to fill a void in their team.
