Cancel Marlians music, reactions as Naira Marley drops new song titled "Giddem"
The CEO of Marlian record label Naira Marley has dropped a new song titled "Giddem" which has stirred controversy in the media. One Twitter influencer, known as Provii mentioned something about forgiving Naira Marley and this triggered many listeners into pouring out their hearts.
While some said they wouldn't stream the song, others campaigned for Marlians' music to be banned and canceled due to what transpired between Naira Marley and the deceased Mohbad. They opined that Naira Marley was the instigator behind the torment Mohbad had to face when he was alive. Therefore, they wouldn't forgive him easily as the wound of Mohbad's death is still fresh in their hearts.
The Marlian boss reportedly didn't want Mohbad to become independent after the contract signed had expired, and he allegedly blacklisted the deceased until he breathe his last. Due to this reason, Mohbad's fans advocated the cancellation of Naira Marley's music and have vowed not to stream any of his songs again.
Would you stream Naira Marley's new song?
