Cindy Okafor calls out Dana airline for refusing to refund her money.

Nigerian lady, Cindy okafor has called out Dana Airlines for refusing to return her money weeks after canceling the flight abruptly. She shared a video on her Instagram to share her experience with Dana airline.

Cindy okafor is a Nigerian actress, a Brand Ambassador, Tv Host and an Influencer

She narrated her story in the video. She mentioned that her parents have been staying with her and were set to go back on the 19th of February, 2023. She, her brother and parents booked dana air.

They went to Ikeja on the 18th because they were scared that if they drove from the island, they would miss the flight.
She mentioned she doesn't like waking early and her mum wasn't feeling too well.

Her dad had a meeting on the 19th by 3pm. Their flight was 10:45am then they shifted to 12pm which was still okay.
Her parents then boarded and she and her brother left but kept checking on them.

According to her, they kept boarding them from morning till 7pm and her mum wasn't feeling well. She mentioned that they didn't give them food, just biscuits.

She was wondering how Dana doesn't have a list of those who checked in on the flight so as to refund them automatically. Her parents ere on the queue for refund for a long time.

As at the time she was recording, it's been a month.l since the incident but they haven't refunded her.

She wanted to let people know the stress they went through and the amount of money she spent that day on this issue.

She then called customer care but the lady who attended to her said there was nothing she could do. She told her to send an email to get a response.

She expressed her confusion about the issue. Isn't customer care supposed to help take your request and submit it.

She has sent email but no reply and she has even gone to their website and submitted a support ticket and refund form.

She finally got a response after sending more than 10 emails. They Say the ticket is still valid till the 10th of November. She claims she doesn't care about the validity after they did what they did that day and made the pole stand in queue for hours for a refund.

There was another place to request for refund but they told her to submit her ID
She submitted both hers and her dad but no reply.

They eventually reached out saying they've gotten the documents and they will take it through the right channel and get back to her in 24 hours. It's been 5 days since then but still no reply.

She said she made this video because she feels bullied. She doesn't know what to do.
