Court grants Keke Palmer full custody of her son and sets restraining order against partner
Popular American actress, Keke Palmer has been granted full custody of her son. Her file for a restraining order against her partner and Baby Daddy, Darius Jackson has also been granted. Recall few days ago, she filed for a restraining order against him on the grounds of abuse and domestic violence and also requested for full custody of their 8 month old son.
Keke Palmer is a famous American singer and actress famous for her role in the movie titled Akeelah and the Spelling Bee. She and her partner, Darius welcomed their son, Leodis “Leo” Andrellton Jackson who is now 8-month-old in February 2023. Keke revealed that Darious had been abusing her, had trespassed into her home, threw her over the couch, lunged for her neck and had threatened her too.
She submitted evidence from their CCTV footage showing the abuse. The court has approved her plea and she is now the full custodian of her son and Darius has been restrained from being in the same vicinity. The court also demanded that Darius Jackson should hand over his guns within 124 hours and these weapons will be kept until they have closed the case
Darius Jackson has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Keke and leo. They have also scheduled a court hearing in December and it is then that the permanent custody arrangements for Leo will be determined.
