Cristiano Ronaldo has attained the landmark of 50 goals for Al Nassr as he scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory over Al Ahli on Friday, March 15.

The former Manchester United forward showed his ability by scoring a spot-kick for the Riyad-based team leading them to second place in the Saudi Arabia Pro League standing.

The 39-year-old broke the deadlock with a masterful penalty in the 68th minute of play, following a VAR intervention that confirmed a foul in the Al Ahli area.

The former Real Madrid frontman was unfazed by an early goal that was disallowed for outside in the first half, remarkably, Roberto Firmino, the former Liverpool striker experienced a similar case when Al Ahli's goal was canceled.

The victory for Al-Nassr saw them end a recent disastrous performance that involved four games without a win in all competitions.

Al-Nassr were knocked out of the Asian Champions League as they lost on penalties to Al-Ain in the quarter-finals stage.

There was a scuffle between both teams during the game, with Al-Nassr's Sadio Mane being booked for grabbing opponent Kouame Autonne.

Ronaldo has hit a significant milestone in his career with 50 goals in 58 matches in the Saudi Arabia League, Asian Champions League, King's Cup, Super Cup, and Arab Club Champions Cup after his turbulent departure from Man United.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner is the leading goalscorer in the Saudi Pro League this season with 22 goals.

During his prominent career, Ronaldo has scored 751 club goals in addition to 128 goals for Portugal.
