Far from his brilliant start to life at Old Trafford after joining for £60m from Real Madrid last summer, Casemiro is now a shadowy presence in Man United squad.

He has struggled with myriads of injury crisis that has limited his appearance and performance for the Red Devils.

So far this season, he has managed only 8 appearances for the club despite being a key member of Erik ten Hag's squad. His limited stint with the Red Devils has overturned his Man United fortunes.

According to reports from English media, Casemiro is among the trio of Man United players consisting of Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial who are likely to leave Old Trafford this summer.

While Erik ten Hag has considered Casemiro key to his Man United squad, the Brazilian's depleted game time for the Red Devils has been a big cause for concern.

Meanwhile, the club have received a boost in Man United midfield with Stockport-born young sensation Kobbie Mainoo back to the team from sidelines.

Also, Casemiro's Man United future is far from secure with soon-to-be co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe already blasting United's transfer policy that saw the club sign the Brazilian from Real Madrid last summer.

Now, according to reports from Transfer Live, Casemiro may well leave Manchester United this summer with his former teammate at Real Madrid and Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo pushing for him to leave Old Trafford.

The report adds Cristiano Ronaldo wants Casemiro to move to Saudi Arabia, and join him at Al Nassr.

The move could see Casemiro make the piling list of top European players who have moved to Saudi Arabia after the Portuguese superstar opened the gates of the Saudi League with his infamous transfer exit to Al Nassr in 2022.

Casemiro has made only 8 Premier League appearances for Man United this season with a goal. He has three years remaining on his deal with the club but is reportedly open to a move away from the club.
