Davido has no respect for the Igbo tradition, Uche Maduagwu calls out Davido
Actor Uche Maduagwu calls out Davido for allegedly disrespecting the Igbo culture by holding their wedding in Lagos State. He said that traditionally, the wedding is meant to take place in Chioma's father's compound in Owerri because that's the right thing to do. However, he is disappointed at Davido for holding the traditional wedding in Lagos instead of traveling to Owerri to conduct it in his wife's family house.
Uche Maduagwu's post has triggered different reactions in the media with many advising him to be careful with the way he addresses Davido. They warned him to speak wisely because he is used to calling out Davido in public, while the singer hasn't for once responded. If care is not taken, Uche might be slammed a restraining order from Davido's Lawyer instructing him to keep Davido's name out of his mouth.
Many opined that nothing else mattered since Chioma and Davido's family had agreed on the venue of their wedding. Therefore, Uche shouldn't intervene in matters he didn't truly understand.
