Davido says he is honoured by the FG’s national award
Popular Nigerian musician Davido has revealed that he is honoured by the national award conferred to him by the Federal Government.
Recall recently, he was listed among those to receive national honours from the Federal Government. He is among the 339 Nigerians who have been listed to receive this honour.
He has reacted to this with gratitude
The honours is by the Ministry of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs and he will be receiving this on Sunday.
He responded to the news on twitter yesterday.
He said he was honored to hear the news about the award of OON (Officer of the Order of Nigeria) which is being given to him. He is also grateful for this recognition.
He then revealed how it has always been his mission to use his platform to showcase Nigeria.
He also said that he doesn't take it for granted and he will continue to do whatever it takes to make Nigeria better.
