He was accused once again of sexual assault by another woman just a few days after he and Cassie settled the lawsuit she filed against him. Recall Cassie Ventura, who is his ex-girlfriend had accused him of sexual assault during the time they were dating until they called off their relationship in 2018.

This lawsuit is also coming a few hours before the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act. This allows the victims of sexual assault to sue even after the statute of limitations has lapsed. Her lawyer revealed that this will allow her to get the justice she deserves
The woman who has been identified as Joi Dickerson-Neal, revealed that Diddy assaulted her during a date. One of Sean Diddy's representatives has said that these allegations are not credible. He was speaking with some newsmen on Thursday, November 23, 2023. He claims the allegations were made up. He believes that this is an attempt to make money.
Joi revealed in the lawsuit that she knew Sean Diddy through acquaintances. She revealed that she has also featured in one of his music videos. She claimed that the sexual assault happened on the 3rd of January, 1991.
According to her, she had "reluctantly" agreed to meet the rapper at a restaurant in Harlem. This was the same restaurant she worked in. She claimed he requested that she keep him company while he attends to a few things.

According to her, the rapper filmed the assault and had even showed it to some people. She shared that the incident really affected her mental health and caused her to drop out of college.
