Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold had a little altercation online yesterday with an OAU student known as Demola.

A few moments later, Demola the OAU student quoted Adekunle's tweet saying, "You came for a show, you performed for 4 minutes and wanted to disappear. They stoned you bottle water."
On seeing this tweet, Adekunle Gold, boiling with anger, began to explain his experience in OAU in a series of tweets. He started by saying he only had one song Sade at the time he went to perform at OAU and he couldn't sing any other song apart from that.
He also shared how the students harassed him on stage that night. Even after the show, they followed him back to his hotel room to collect N150k, half of the money paid to him due to his supposed poor performance.
He ended by giving a sound warning to other artistes saying if they choose to go to OAU for a performance, they should be ready for the consequences.
