Former Chelsea and Real Madrid Eden Hazard has revealed the best and worst manager he worked at Chelsea.

Eden Hazard graced the pinnacle of his legendary career at Chelsea, playing for the club between 2012 to 2019.

Making 245 Premier League appearances for the club, and scoring 85 goals, Eden Hazard established himself as a Chelsea legend.

He won the Premier League, Europa League, FA Cup, and EFL Cup with the club, and played under 6 different managers from Antonio Conte, Roberto Di Mateo, Maurizio Sarri, Jose Mourinho, Guudus Hiddink, to Rapha Benitez.

As with every footballer, Eden Hazard had his best and most difficult moments at Chelsea, and according to him, Antonio Conte made his spell with Chelsea dramatic and epic as well.

Speaking with his former Chelsea teammate John Obi Mikel on the John Obi Podcast, the 33-year-old revealed his best and most difficult manager at Chelsea was Conte.

According to him, he enjoyed playing matches under Conte but did not feel comfortable with the rigors of his training sessions.

"All the week training. I was going out Saturday, I need to enjoy a little bit because I know the day after is going to be back on the training ground. I have to do something, it's my only 90 minutes I can enjoy.

''You remember him, stopping, tactics, "no we have to do that". Saturday was the best day for me," Hazard said in the Podcast.

The former Real Madrid player saw his Chelsea career soar under Antonio Conte. He was named in the PFA team of the season and scored 16 goals in Conte's first season as Chelsea manager in 2016.

The next season, he won the Premier League title with Chelsea and won the FA Cup final in the third season (2018) before Conte was sacked.

A year after Conte was sacked at Chelsea, Eden Hazard left for Real Madrid where he saw his career decline drastically until he announced his retirement in 2023.
