EFCC arrests 37 suspects for internet fraud in Ibadan
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had arrested 37 internet fraudsters yesterday in Ibadan.
It was the Ibadan Zonal Command of the commission who made the arresr yesterday.
These 37 suspects have been identified and they include: Adewusi Femi, Echeta Oluwabe, Ibrahim Adewale Adegoke, Ibrahim Olaide, Abiodun Kayode, Adebayo Adeoye, Uzuh Friday, Mathew Ogina, Segun Bamidele, Adeyinka Monsuru, Ifemade Haruna, Babatunde Oluwasegun, Echeta Junior, Omobolaji Quwam, Evwiekpoamare Jackson, Oyewo Solomon, Olumoroti Segun, Segun Abraham, Collin Oyelakin, Babatunde Abdulmajeed, Adeyinka Michael, Ajayi Oladimeji, Badejo Emmanuel, Rahaman Idris, Gbadegesin Opeyemi, Akinbode Joshua, Adeniji Ebelizer, Oluwole Dare, Oparinde Funso, Babatunde Yinus, Olatunbosun Stephen, Adedeji Adewusi, Samuel Mayokun, Adebayo Olajide, Musa Olorunisola, Wemimo Sodiq and Ademola Alabi.
These men had been arrested in the Ido Local Government area in Oyo State.
The EFCC was also able to recover some items including a motorcycle, laptop, and 7 cars.
Once the investigations have been completed, they will be charged charged court.
