Ex-church members axcuse TB Joshua of rape and torture
Some Ex-church members of the late pastor, TB Joshua have accused him of rape and torture. These witnesses came out recently to share their story has seen in a BBC Africa Eye documentary. These victims shared their story of the rape, torture, and forced abortions that were allegedly committed by TB Joshua who is dead. Recall TB Joshua passed away some years ago. These stories of his conduct are just coming out to the open.
TB Joshua was a famous controversial pastor. His full name is Temitope Balogun Joshua but was famously known as TB Joshua. He was the founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN). He passed away on the 5th of June 2021. He was 57 years old when he passed away. TB Joshua claimed to perform miracles like helping the sick and raising the dead and healing the sick. Although people would often accuse him of choreographing or faking these miracles. He was known both in and out of Nigeria. His church is based in Ikotun, Lagos state.
The documentary which was released about the rape of some women featured different women would had been assaulted by TB Joshua. A British woman named Rae also spoke up. She revealed that she had abandoned her degree at Brighton University at the age of 21 and went to TB Joshua’s church. This was in 2002. She claimed that TB Joshua recruited her as a disciple and she stayed in the church for 12 years. She revealed that he sexually assaulting her multiple times inside the church compound. She revealed that the incident really affected her that she attempted suicide multiple times.
Another British woman named Anneka, also spoke. She revealed revealed she had been seeing videos of TB miracles and came to his church. She also became a disciple and was told that the disciples cpuld nor leave the church compound because they could get killed. She also revaled that sleeping without the TB Joshua's permission was forbidden so she barely got 4 hours of sleep daily. Another woman named Bisola stated that TB Joshua asked her to recruit virgins for him as disciples. She was in charge of the Foreigners in the church.
