Falz reacts to Sanwo-Olu’s appreciation post
Popular Nigerian singer Falz has reacted to the appreciation post Governor Sanwo-Olu made.
The Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) declared Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the winner of the recently concluded gubernatorial elections. The elections took place on the 18th of march, 2023 which was 2 days ago.
Governor Sanwo-Olu was contesting for his re-election as the governor of lagos State and he won.
He shared an appreciation post today, Monday, March 20. He used this medium to express his gratitude for those who believed in him.
He wrote about how humbled and grateful he is for the support he received from Lagosians. He says he is honored to be re-elected and he promises to work tirelessly to bring forth a better lagos.
Folarin Falana who is known popularly as Falz reacted to this statement by Sanwo-Olu in a tweet of his own.
He said that Sanwo-Olu wasn't re-elected but selected himself. He spoke about how everyone had seen certain things unfold during the elections and that he was only deceiving himself.
