Family announces burial of late actor Saint Obi
The family of the late Nollywood actor, Saint Obi have announced the details of the burial for their loved one.
They have released the date of the burial alongside location and other details. The family shared an obituary poster recently which showed the details of the burial.
Recall the actor passed away earlier this year and this was on the 7th of May, 2023. He has passed away after a prolonged battle with an illness. He will now be laid to rest this month of August.
The actor had only just relocated to his sister’s home in Jos and this was where he passed away. After the death of the actor, the family have revealed that they will share the funeral details of the late actor.
The late actor's real name is Obinna Nwafor, but he is popularly known as Saint Obi. The family has revealed that he will be buried in his family compound in Umuezealaeze, Alaenyi Ogwa located in Imo State.
They will begin the burial process with a candle light service, at the Civic Centre, located on Victoria Island, in Lagos state.
This will be next Friday, which is the 11th of August, 2023.
His funeral service and interment will be the following Friday on the 18th of August at the Saint Obi family home in Imo state.
