Felicia Fred reveals why she changed her name to Fefe Reina
Well known Nollywood actress, Felicia Fred has revealed why she changed her name to Fefe Reina.
Recall that she revealed the name change recently on her Instagram with a photo shoot.
She then spoke with Potpourri recently and mentioned that the changed of name was necessary because she wanted to make her private life separate from her new professional life.
She revealed that she is now a mental health therapist and this is outside of her acting career so she wants to separate the identities.
She is separating her work name from the name she uses in the entertainment industry.
She says Fefe Reina which is the new name for the mental health therapist side while Felicia Fred is the name in the entertainment industry.
She said the photoshoot she posted on Instagram was to celebrate the name change.she said she is passionate about about mental health because she had gone through depression and also anxiety for 2 years. She said it was her therapist who opened her eyes to the meaning of depression.
She then developed interest and began to create mental illness awareness to help people understand they are not alone.
