Popular Nigerian businessman Femi Otedola has paid a courtesy visit to the Awujale of Ijebu Kingdom. He recently shared a photo of his visit on his instagram and revealed this.

He wrote that he paid a courtesy visit to the Awujale of Ijebu Kingdom. He visited Ogun state to pay homage to the Oba, Dr Sikiru at his Palace.

Awujale is the royal title that is given to the king of the Ijebu Kingdom. The person who carries the title of King or oba in Ijebu is addressed as the Awujale of Ijebuland.

The present Awujale is from the House of Anikinaiya and he is Oba Sikiru Adetona Ogbagba II.

Femi Otedola is a billionaire businessman in Nigeria. He is the present executive chairman of Geregu Power PLC and the founder of Zenon Petroleum and Gas Ltd.

He used to be the chairman of the popular Forte Oil PLC.

From the photos he shared on his social media, we could spot Aliko dangote also in the picture. Aliko Dangote is the founder and CEO of dangote group. He is also a wealthy billionaire businessman in Nigeria.

The present Awujale was made the king on the 2nd of April 1960. He was 26 years at the time when he came into position.

He is one of the longest reigning monarchs in Nigeria. His Predecessor was Ọba Daniel Adesanya, Gbelegbuwa II.
