Femi Otedola sues Zenith Bank, demands N100 billion compensation
Nigerian billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola sues Zenith Bank and demands a N100 billion compensation. He personally sued Zenith Bank and also sued them in the name of his companies: Zenon Petroleum and Gas Limited, Seaforce Shipping Co Limited, Luzon Oil and Gas Limited, and Garment Care.
He charged the bank for unauthorized charges effected on his personal account and that of the aforementioned companies, and for forcefully withdrawing all his shares.
There have been several instances of unauthorized debit from the different accounts which Zenith Bank has refused to reverse. For that reason, the business mogul is requesting a refund and compensation of an extra N800 million for damages.
