CBN, Governor, Godwin Emefiele, advised businesses and individual to stop patronizing the Black market, formally called the Parallel market, He also warned them to stop using it as a medium of foreign currency exchange,following the liquidity crisis activated by low oil prices and shortage of dollars.He explained that patronizing the parallel market is helping to overheat the FX market, stating individuals will also lose money because they would have bought it at prices that are not realistic.
