The former Manchester United manager, Alex Ferguson has lost his wife to the cold hands of death just recently. His wife whose name is Cathy Ferguson passed away recently at the age of 84 years old. The couple was married from 1966 to 2023 when she passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023.

His full name is Alexander Chapman Ferguson and he is a Scottish former football manager. He was also a football player in his younger years. He is popularly known for being Manchester United's manager. He was the manager from 1986 to 2013. He retired in 2013 after servif for 26 years. Many refer to him as one of the greatest managers of all time.

He was born on the 31st of December 1941 and he is 81 years old while his wife Cathy Ferguson was 84 years. The couple were married for 57 years and have 3 children together named Darren Ferguson, Jason Ferguson, Mark Ferguson. They also have 2 Grandchildren named Grace Ferguson and Charlie Ferguson

Manchester United has issued a condolence message to the Ferguson family after her passing. They issued the statement yesterday, Friday, October 6, 2023.
