Former President Jonathan pays visit to president Tinubu at the Presidential Villa
The Former President of Nigeria Goodluck Jonathan, paid a visit to the current President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This was just yesterday, Tuesday at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is a Nigerian politician. He was the president of Nigeria from 2010 to 2015. He is of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
President Tinubu is the current president of Nigeria who was inaugurated into office some months back which was on the 29th of May 2023.
This isn't the first visit Jonathan will be paying president Tinubu ashe had also visited sometimes in June.
Thy revealed to the journalists who were present there that this visit was about discussing issues which are relating to Africa and also the subregion of West Africa.
Recall Jonathan is also the Head of the ECOWAS Mediation Team to Mali. He also happens to be the chair of the West African Elders Forum.
He revealed that he came to brief the president about some issues which are bordering on the continent of Africa and also West Africa as a subregion.
