Four victims rescued in Lagos Auto crash

Four victims have been rescued from an auto crash in Lagos state recently.
These 4 people were involved in a lone auto crash in Lagos state on Saturday.

It was the Operatives of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) who came to their aid and rescued the victims of the accident.

As skk. As they were rescued, they were rushed to the hospital for medical attention. All 4 victims were rescued alive. There were no casualties in this accident.
This incident occurred at Adeniji Adele in the Oyebanji area of Lagos Island.

Taofiq Adebayo who is the spokesperson for the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has released a statement concerning the incident. He revealed that one of their officers Oladunni Ademola from the Zone 1 Sura had been the one who led the rescue team to the incident. He revealed that it was a Lome accident involving one car. It was a Toyota Sienna which had an accident.

He said that this officer, Mr Ademola further revealed that an investigation was conducted into the accident and discovered that the driver had been at top speed. The driver, due to the speed he was going at, could no longer control the vehicle and this was after he had noticed a brake failure in the vehicle.

The victims in the accident included 2 makes and 2 females who were all rescued by LASTMA officers.
Mr Ademola, after receiving a report about the accident, immediately mobilized other officers who went to the scene and rescued the victims.
The victims are at the General Hospital receiving medical attention.

Mr Bolaji Oreagba who is the General Manager of the agency advised members of the public to beware of speeding and also ensure they check the vehicle conditions before embarking on a journey.
