Jubilation in Delta community as police, vigilantes gun down notorious criminal, Fowl boy.

a lot of people are happy that this guy named Fowl Boy was killed, he was alleged to have been terrorizing people in the area. A picture of multiple phone and a local made gun was put beside his dead body.
