Famous Human Rights Activist Martins Otse aka VeryDarkMan uttered some disturbing statements on a podcast he was hosted. He said that the Nigerian economy would have grown worse if not for the investments of fraudsters aka Yahoo boys in Nigeria. He mentioned how Nigerian Fraudsters scam foreigners and invest that money in businesses in Lekki, unlike politicians who prefer to invest their money in foreign countries after looting some cash in Nigeria.

Even though he clearly stated that he doesn't support fraud, he said there's no denying the fact that the investments of these fraudsters have kept the Nigerian economy sane. They lessen the burden of unemployment by employing job seekers in their businesses even though their money isn't pure. Also, their money comes with a lot of downsides but it has kept the Nigerian economy afloat.

Do you agree with what VeryDarkMan said?
