Governor Sanwo-Olu is contesting for his second term as the governor of Lagos state in the coming governorship election this Saturday.

Though Governor Sanwo-Olu is vying for a second term, he mentioned that this visit isn't related to politics.

His chief press secretary, Mr Gboyega Akosile, mentioned this. He stated that the governor's visit to the bishop of Living Faith Church has nothing to do with politics.

The picture governor sanwo-Olu had shared is a picture of him and the Bishop. He captioned it saying that Yesterday was a memorable day for him as he met with the Bishop.

He described Bishop Oyedepo as a man after God's heart who has dedicated his life to service.
He spoke of how highly he regards the Man of God.

Many Nigerians began to share their options on this as some believe the governor is doing this because of the elections on Saturday.

Mr Akosile issued a disclaimer saying the visit wasn't for a political purpose seeing as this isn't the first time the governor would be visiting the Bishop whether there is election or not.
