Real estate company, Revolution Plus Properties has debunked claims made by a man in viral video asking the public to disregard false information.

Recall that a man known as Kayode Oladipo called out Revolution Plus Properties online for scamming him of a whopping N40M since 2017. According to him, he purchased 20 plots of land from the company 5 years ago and he hasn't gotten it since then. He threatened to end his life if the Founder of Revolution Plus, Emma Bamidele didn't refund his money or release his properties to him.

In a statement released by the company's legal team yesterday, it was revealed that Kayode Oladipo bought plots of land from the company at different times but at some point, he defaulted on his payment and he is still owing the sum of N9.3M. He paid a sum of N16M and not N40M as circulated on social media. The company said Mr. Oladipo cannot gain access to the properties without paying up his debt. Revolution Plus said they will ensure that necessary actions are taken legally to defend the wrong done by Mr. Oladipo and continue to debunk these claims made by him because they can tarnish the company's image.
