In a video making the rounds online, the cleric known as Alfa Jamal was lecturing a newlywed couple at their wedding ceremony. He told the bride not to emulate women who wash their husband's clothes in washing machines.
He said washing her husband's clothes with her bare hands will increase God's blessings on her, most especially, her children. He also warned her against employing a maid to cook for her husband as this can bring the wrath of God upon her.
