HEIRS HOLDINGS PLANS NEW SUBSIDIARIES LISTING

Tony Elumelu, the Chairman of Heirs Holdings, announced that the group plans to list more of its subsidiary companies on the Nigerian Exchange to democratize prosperity. This decision aligns with the company's vision of unlocking Africa's full potential by investing in strategic sectors. Elumelu emphasized that they would consider listing in other African markets when the environment is right.

Heirs Holdings currently has seven companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange, including Transcorp Hotels, United Bank for Africa, and Africa Prudential. The group is also focused on creating long-term value and driving social impact across Africa. Notably, the Tony Elumelu Foundation has invested $100 million in 20,000 young African entrepreneurs, creating 400,000 jobs on the continent.

The group's diverse investment portfolio spans several key sectors, including power, energy, financial services, hospitality, real estate, technology, and healthcare, with operations in 24 countries worldwide.
