The baking business is very profitable but the rate at which you make profit depend on the type of product you produce or specialize in, if you bake bread you will have to sell a lot of bread to make any tangible profit but if you sell cake you can double or even triple your investment at an instant since cake are usually for an event and it's more of a contract than business compared to bread baking.

  • Traditional: this type of bakery specialized mainly on bread and cookies production which are fast food and snacks for children and adults alike.
  • Specialized: this type of bakery are recently coming up in Nigeria and they usually specialized in making different varieties of cakes.
