4. Bad traffic officials: every road is meant to have a traffic official if it doesn't have a traffic light. Some traffic officials cannot address traffic which makes it even worse than having them on the road. Job in Lagos is for everyone.
5. Too many cars: due to so many people in Lagos, there are so many cars and they always fill up the road, and there's no way this won't cause traffic.
