Nigerian singer Oladipupo Oladimeji aka Oladips reveals that he didn't make any money while he was under his former label boss Remilekun Safaru aka Reminisce.
In a recent interview, Oladips revealed that he was penniless during his time at Reminisce's record label Les Roses Rouge (LRR) Records stating that he wasn't given any royalties even after performing at different shows.
Oladips said during the time his song "Lalakukulala" with Reminisce blew up, he went broke to the extent that he had no food to eat. He found it hard to even eat one square meal. He mentioned that he once abused drugs due to his depressed state. He was frustrated that he decided to send a message to Reminisce asking for termination of contract.
After he sent the message, Reminisce demanded an apology from him insinuating that his message was disrespectful to him. Oladips told him that he wouldn't apologize because he did nothing wrong other than express himself.
