Nigerian singer Adedamola Adefolahan popularly known as Fireboy DML reveals that he rejected several deals from big artists before Olamide eventually signed him.
In an interview with Billboard, Fireboy said he rejected lots of deals from artists who wanted to sign him but he had a change of heart when Olamide reached out to him because he felt it was the right step.
Fireboy said signing into Olamide's label helped him make some major decisions in his career which contributed to his growth.
Fireboy DML got signed into Olamide's record label YBNL in 2018. His hit single "Jealous" shot him into the limelight and in 2019, he released his debut album "Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps" which earned him his superstar status.
