Burna Boy is a Grammy award winning Nigerian singer. His full name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu but is popularly known as Burna Boy. He is now the 1st African artiste to secure a UK Number 1 album with his latest album “I Told Them.”
Charts data shared this information over the weekend saying his album debuted at Number 1 this week. They revealed that Burna Boy is the first African artist in history to earn a #1 album and #1 single in the UK
He was also presented with a plaque by the British record chart company for this record he broke. He took to his Twitter to share a picture of himself with his latest plaque.
