Mavins signee Crayon has revealed that his long time dream before he ventured into music was to become a footballer.
While talking to Cool FM recently, he revealed how he wanted to become a footballer. In fact, he was called Coutinho by his mates but life happened and he had to quit.
Crayon opened up on his life before fame and how he battled depression from not being able to gain admission into the university like his peers to getting dumped by the football academy.
He said, "Football in Nigeria is quite dicey. There's a lot of corruption. I don't want to start mentioning names.
At the time, I went to one screening in Surulere. They picked me and they had to pick someone else because the person had money and connections. I went home depressed."
He revealed that he was really depressed at the time and being the first son, there was a lot of pressure on him to succeed because the situation back home was not friendly.
