Nigerian boxing champion Bashiru Lawrence Ali, also known as Bash Ali reflects on how his actions cost him a lifetime of affluence as he celebrates his 68th birthday.
In a recent post on his Facebook page, Bash Ali recalled how he struggled in vain for 17 years and lost all he had for standing against corruption. He lamented about his transformation from being a millionaire in dollars to being a zeronaire.
The boxing legend, however, vowed to never give up on his dreams of changing his life for the better. He promised to fight till he clocks 70, retire in good health with a lot of money, and become the President of Nigeria.
