The teenager, whose name is Louie Jacob, has been an academy player of the Cherries since he was 7-year-old.
Louie was identified by his father Courtney and netizens on social media just hours following the encounter.
Millions of individuals saw the incident as German shot-stopper Leno shoved Jacob as he handed the ball to him in an intense game where Fulham was ultimately defeated 3-0.
Fans of the Cherries aired their displeasure over the incident by booing and uttering some words.
